Stena Fastigheter announce new CEO

After 11 years as CEO and with age, Christel Armstrong Darvik now leaves the helm to Cecilia Fasth with access January 1, 2018. Cecilia Fasth comes closest from Castellum where she is CEO of the Western Province and has extensive experience in the real estate industry.

“It has been great to be part of the exciting trip that Stena Fastigheter had during my years as CEO. I am particularly proud of all employees and how we managed to develop the company and our areas together with Relation Management ^® . It is also fun to have managed to launch the extensive new production that is currently underway with 500-1000 new homes a year, “says Christel.

The company that Christel Armstrong Darvik now leaves behind is a company with a well-managed property portfolio, good economy and continued good growth opportunities.

While I wish to thank Christel for the 11 years that she had run the company and greatly contributed to her success, I would like to look forward to welcoming Cecilia Fasth. Cecilia Fasth, who comes from Castellum, has a long and solid experience in the real estate industry. She has worked both nationally and internationally within Skanska – lastly as Deputy CEO of Construction in the UK. Cecilia also has experience of sustainable construction and has also been the CEO of the Swedish housing development company.
